## About the Podcast
The Daily Grind is ConnexFM's video interview podcast, airing every Wednesday. Each 5–10 minute episode is available on the ConnexFM website and social media channels.
Our guests are active ConnexFM members and invited partners, the people who know facilities management from the inside. Hosted by ConnexFM CEO Bill Yanek, each conversation takes on a real FM challenge, looks at the solutions working in the field, and shares the insights our community has to offer the wider industry.
